Why can't I connect using my FTP client?

If your FTP client cannot connect to our server, here are some possible reasons:

1. Your firewall might be blocking it.
2. You can try connecting to the server using its IP address instead of the domain name (just the numbers and dots without www or ftp).
3. Your username and password should be the same as your cPanel username and password
4. Some ftp clients require a path to be specified in order to connect. Your path is probably   /home/yourusername/public_html
